Symptoms

AVDF Agent deployment fails and the following errors are seen in the logs:
[2017-01-24T08:59:10.536-06:00] [common] [ERROR] [] [] [tid: 1] [ecid: 1172866700:38485:1485269950559:0,0] [Thread]:main. Unable to get connection to the datasource through certificate and without credentials. Exception occurred while getting connection: oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Cannot get Connection from Datasource: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: Got minus one from a read call
