After Node Reprovision Some Hadoop Users have a Different UID and GID on the Reprovisioned Node than on the Rest of the Cluster

After node reprovision some hadoop users like yarn have a different UID and GID on the reprovisioned node than on the rest of the cluster. This should not affect cluster operations unless NFS is used which requires consistent user IDs.
Note: The same may happen after cluster extension.
