ORA-07445 [kghini()+84] While Running UTLRP After Applying Patches 24922906 (Nov 2016 Windows Bundle patch) and 24591630 (Oct 2016 OJVM patch) (Doc ID 2234796.1)

Symptoms

Getting the below ORA-7445 [kghini()+..] error in Windows environment, where patch 24591630 (Oct 2016 OJVM patch) has been applied on top of 24922906 (Windows Bundle patch Nov 2016), when running utlrp.sql

With out this OJVM patch, it is possible to run UTLRP and it successfully completes.

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kghini()+84] [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [ADDR:0x7FF8FA89B918] [PC:0x7FF8FD9A9694] [UNABLE_TO_WRITE] []

The failing statement is:

BEGIN SYS.XOQ_VALIDATE; END;
