Affected is X5-2 cells using NVME flashcards in either High Capacity and Extreme Flash who upgraded from 12.1.2.1.0 to either 12.1.2.3.3 or 12.1.2.3.4
The flashdisks in versions 12.1.2.3.3 and 12.1.2.3.4 should be using firmware 8DV1RA13

Symptoms
When upgrading Exadata Storage Server FROM version 12.1.2.1.0 to either 12.1.2.3.3 or 12.1.2.3.4 the cell validation fails as CheckHWnFWProfile reports a warning "The hardware and firmware does not match with the profile."
