SQL Statistics section in AWR Workload Repository RAC Compare Report Incorrectly Shows the Same SQL_ID on Multiple Rows (Doc ID 2236469.1)

Symptoms

Running AWR on an Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) 12.1.0.2 database and within the SQL Statistics sections of a Workload Repository RAC Compare Report (awrddrpt.sql), there are multiple rows displaying information for the same SQL_ID rather than the data for these rows being combined in a single row as expected:
