VCS Cluster: Oracle Listener Crash

Symptoms
The TNS Listener crashes with no segfault and no messages in the listener log. The version of listener is at least 11gR1.
There are no messages in /var/log/messages. This is a standalone (non-RAC) installation however, there is a VCS
agent running on the server. It appears the listener has been killed.

There are no changes in this environment.
