The following error may be reported on the Client side when trying to connect to the database
ORA-12699: Native service internal error
It could be either of the following changes
1. The Oracle Native Encryption has been configured on the client side (by setting sqlnet.encryption_client=required) keeping the default value (accepted) at the server side.
2. SSL encryption has been implemented between the client and the Database.
3. SQLNET.FIPS_140=TRUE is set to TRUE in the sqlnet.ora file (either on client or the database)
