Process Goes Down Suddenly While Tracing With "strace -f" and Strace Log Shows "killed by SIGTRAP"

Symptoms
When tracing a process (oracle server process, Grid Infrastructure daemon process, etc) using
"strace -f" command, the process may die suddenly. The strace log shows that the process
was killed by SIGTRAP:

Changes
This problem occurs only in Red Hat Enterprise Linux and with certain strace version.
