Mysqlfailover failover mode is fail and can not failover automatically when master node die (Doc ID 2239099.1)

In the status of mysqlfailover, the Failover Mode is "fail"

Master has failed to automatic failover to slave. Have to use mysqlrpladmin utility to perform manual failover.


 Previous mysqlfailover died or exist brutally
