Symptoms

Grid Infrastructure will not start after patching, may receive errors like:

Oracle Clusterware infrastructure error in OHASD (OS PID 232300): Error in an OS-dependent function or service Error category: -2, operation: chdir, location: SCLSB00010, OS error: 2
OS error message: No such file or directory
Additional information: Call to set current working directory failed
Oracle Clusterware infrastructure error in OHASD (OS PID 232300): Failed to set final OS dump options using location $GRID_HOME/crsdata/<nodename>/core

or

CLSRSC-117: Failed to start Oracle Clusterware stack
