Symptoms
After Applying Oracle Database 12.1.0.2 with July 2016 PSU/BP Shared Memory segment permission changed to 600(is no longer readable for the group but the owner)
- Before Applying July2016 PSU or with 12.2.0.1 Oracle executable runs with permission is '640' and shared memory segment is readable for group.
