After Applying Oracle Database 126.96.36.199 with July 2016 PSU/BP Shared Memory segment permission changed to 600(is no longer readable for the group but the owner)
- Before Applying July2016 PSU or with 188.8.131.52 Oracle executable runs with permission is '640' and shared memory segment is readable for group.
Applying July2016 PSU or Upgrading to 184.108.40.206
