EXPDP fails with ORA-600 [KWQBCADDBUF: 1] exporting table (Doc ID 2242837.1)

Symptoms

 expdp fail to export a table with the following errors:

ksedmp: internal or fatal error
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kwqbcaddbuf: 1], [SYS],
[KUPC$S_1_20150306143938], [3], [1], [], [], []

Changes

Database was running in RAC mode and cluster_database was set to FALSE recently.
