ODA X6-2 Lite (Small, Medium, Large) - ODACLI DELETE-DBHOME Does Not Release Disk Space After the Databases Are Deleted Bug 25176658 (Doc ID 2243410.1)

Symptoms

Command odacli delete-dbhome is not freeing up disk space used for the database and dbhome.

One symptom is potentially leaving ORACLE_HOMEs in "deleting" status.
Another potential symptom is running out of space or being unable to create a new Database Home.

This problem is only associated with the ODACLI command for ODA X6-2 Small , X6-2 Medium or X6-2 Large also known as "ODA Lite".
- These are the single-server versions of the Oracle Database Appliance
This problem does not apply to the ODA HA (traditional two-node Oracle Database Appliance)

Changes

 New usage of the ODA Lite ( X6-2S; X6-2M or X6-2L).
