Symptoms
DBA_REGISTRY_HISTORY View has missing column BUNDLE_SERIES.
Changes
catbundle execution creates a dba_registry_history entry with bundle series.And this was run as post install step of PSU.
After that catproc.sql was run to fix issues with SYS objects.
