Exadata: dbmcli commands does not provide metric output (Doc ID 2247169.1)

Symptoms

On Exadata DB nodes DBMCLI utility does not list the metric and gives the below error

DBMCLI> LIST METRICCURRENT DS_CPUT DETAIL
DBM-02021: No metric data found.

DBMCLI> list metriccurrent
<<<<<<<<<<<--------------------- no result
