CircuitBreaker Activated due to Invalid Login Multiple Failure

MySQL Enterprise Monitor - Version 3.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
The limited user account had been updated manually to use MD5 passwords instead of the correct SHA256 types.


On : 3.3 version, Agents

When attempting to use MySQL Enterprise Monitor,
the following error occurs.

2017-03-14 16:20:55,216 ERROR [main:com.mysql.etools.agent.collection.MysqlConnection] Failed connection using LIMITED user
com.mysql.etools.limits.OpenCircuitException: The circuit breaker CircuitBreaker_MysqlConnection_541c4318-42bb-328d-a0c7-743851c715af has been opened, normal execution will resume at 2017-03-14T19:25:55.213Z

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install MEM in standard method
2. Alter password for LIMITED user
3. Restart and test

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access MySQL Enterprise Monitor.
