Cannot Use Privileges After Switching Container Via An "After Log On" Trigger (Doc ID 2248088.1)

Symptoms

Any common user with the select privilege on a table in a different schema is able to query the table after the container is changed.  When a logon trigger is used to change the container for the common user, the select from the same table fails with ORA-00942.
