How To Recreate Cluster DB Password File On ACFS (Doc ID 2248136.1)

Goal

Goal was to move or rename the existing password file which was stored on ACFS to "orapwDB1_legacy", and replace it effectively rebuilding it with the 'FORMAT=12' option, and option with which the previously existing file had not been created.
