Not Able To Start OSB 12 Web Tool

Customer Just installed OSB as Administrative Role and after the installation they were not able to lunch the Web tool

They used Internet Explorer / FireFox and Google Chrome, all of them not able to open the Webtool.

They always get a "pop up" with following messages:

The connection was interrupted !

The connection to x.xx.xx.xx was interrupted while the page

was loading.


They also tried to open it from Firefox (locally from the server itself and not started).


We checked for any firewall policy and nothing like that.

 Customer Just installed OSB as Administrative Role and after the installation they are not able to lunch the Web tool
