MMAN Process Has Generated A Database Crash Due To ORA-600 [kmgsdrv_3] (Doc ID 2250078.1)

Symptoms

- MMAN process received ORA-00600 [kmgsdrv_3]  right after SGA allocation completed and generated a database crash:
