cellsrv hang while running cellcli -e list flashcachecontent

Symptoms
Running cellcli -e list flashcachecontent can cause cellsrv to hang.
The cellsrv process will then be restarted automatically.
Cell alert log will show following:
RS-7445 [Serv CELLSRV hang detected] [It will be restarted]
svtrc_xxx.trc may show high number of mutex waits like following:
status: 2 waitstateName: waiting_for_mutex
Total summary of waits with Hangman - Analyzer shows summary
Thread wait state breakdown:
2 polling_sendports
4 waiting_for_cond_var
4 FlashLogStoreCheckpoint
1 waiting_for_connect
76 waiting_for_mutex <<=========
72 CachePut
4 CacheGet
