How MySQL Router handles the traffic when a Node is down? (Doc ID 2250709.1)

In a scenario where a node goes down and remain down for a few days. When it comes online, it´ll need to re-synchronize, which can take a while.

During this time, where the server is not UP to date, MySQL Router will not send any traffic and start traffic only when it will completely ONLINE ?
