Symptoms

Following error is observed when running pupbld.sql.


perl $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catcon.pl -u system/${systemPasswd} -d $ORACLE_HOME/sqlplus/admin -b pupbld_output pupbld.sql
perl $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catcon.pl -u system/${systemPasswd} -d $ORACLE_HOME/sqlplus/admin/help -b hlpbld_output hlpbld.sql
