Memory Leak in Event Collector Process (mwecsvc) crashes the AV Database

Event collector process (mwecsvc) process on Audit Vault server leaks memory. Eventually, physical memory on
Audit Vault server is exhausted and OOM killer starts killing a process.
OOM killer often kills DBWR process causing the repository database to crash.

Memory leak gets worse if MAXIMUM_ENFORCEMENT_POINT_THREADS for secured target is set to high value.
