Symptoms

On : 12.2.0.1 version

DISK_REPAIR_TIME specified as 2400Hrs even though, after disconnecting SAN ASM offline the disk immediately as below

Two SAN arrays on different locations(A is for asm-bst*, B is for asm-ns*). Try to unplug the storage on location A.

 
Due to this issue, disk AFD:MGMT1 offlined unexpectedly.

Changes

 Unplug a storage connect of 1 failure group.
