Symptoms
In 12.2.0.1 new installation ASM instance crashes with the following error resulting in the installation failure

Exception [type: SIGSEGV, Address not mapped to object] [ADDR:0x8] [PC:0x7FEED6E2762C, sipcor_numa_domain_init_caches()+2188] [flags: 0x0, count: 1]
Errors in file <ASM Trace directory>/+ASM1_ora_21304.trc (incident=1):
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [sipcor_numa_domain_init_caches()+2188] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x8] [PC:0x7FEED6E2762C] [Address not mapped to object] [] <<<<<<<<<<<

Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.
