Concurrent JDBC TCPS Connection Crash 11.2 listener

TNS listener crashes when concurrent JDBC thin connection connect to the oracle database. Listener and DB are on 18.104.22.168
Listener log does not have error, only warning

Configure the SSL/TCPS connection through listener. The JDBC connection without SSL configuration worked fine.
