bdacheckcluster raises "WARNING: NTP server is not running on host" (Doc ID 2258109.1)

Symptoms

1. bdacheckcluster raises:

INFO: Checking if NTP servers are functional
server <IP_ADDRESS_NTP_SERVER>, stratum 0, offset 0.000000, delay 0.00000
WARNING: NTP server is not running on host <IP_ADDRESS_NTP_SERVER> when checked from bdanode01
WARNING: No valid NTP server accessible from bdanode01
....
<for all nodes of the cluster>

2. Checking with dcli -C "grep NTP /opt/oracle/bda/network.json", shows a different NTP server returned than the one expected to be used e.g. the output looks like:
