While trying to close PDBs with instances=all option, it was hanging.

From qry2.html:

It looks like EMON #0 has couple of pending events (around 125)
which it is not able to process due to slow client or network issues. All
other EMONs are doing well. These slow EMONs usually block other sessions.
The issue arises when registered client is very slow to process received
notifications due to various reasons like, the client is busy as it is heavily
loaded, or some network issues or the network buffer of the client is full
and so couldn't receive it.
