Symptoms

Kernel Panic when running root.sh for a 12.1.0.2 installation or Loading 12.1.0.2 ACFS drivers on Linux 6 or Linux 7 with FIPS enabled.  The rootcrs log will be truncated at:

 

Changes

 New installation of 12.1.0.2 GI on a FIPS enabled kernel or Enablement of FIPS on an existing 12.1.0.2 System.
