Symptoms
- Statspack report taken today show different results in the "SQL ordered by ..." section compared to the report that was taken yesterday, specifying the same snapshot ID range
- Statspack report shows duplicate entries under "SQL ordered by ..." section, where the Old Hash Value and the SQL string is the same but the statistics are different.
