"alter user sys identified by *****" hangs or takes more than 12 mins to complete.
While creating a Clone Database using DBCA, DBCA hangs for long time. This is because of following command to reset the password for SYS and SYSTEM
"alter user sys account unlock identified by ****"
"alter user system account unlock identified by ****"
These statement takes very long time to complete.
