Puppet Not Running On One Node of the BDA Cluster (Doc ID 2261614.1)

Symptoms

Puppet is not running on some node of the BDA cluster.  The failure looks like:

ERROR: Puppet not running on host <HOSTNAMEx>
puppetagent (pid <PID>) is running...
