Goal
If your multi-tenant DB JVM Component has become invalid and needs to be reinstalled at all levels, you can not just simply use note:2314363.1 (or the obsoleted and archived note:1612279.1) as this will not propagate the changes to all levels of the CDB and PDBs. This note can be used to perform such a task as it uses catcon.pl. This note is UNIX centric.
