Symptoms

- Populating a global temporary table (GTT) in a DG environment can fail with:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ktuUnReasonableScn], [3], [0], [192567753], [1436], [ktbgtl0], [4306], [], [], [], [], []

- The SQL leading to the issue is an insert statement on a GTT :

insert into <global_temporary_table> select f.tablespace_name, (f.bytes)/1048576 meg, (f.maxbytes)/1048576 maxmeg, f.file_name, f.file_id, ts.ts#, ts.blocksize, 0
from sys.ts$ ts, sys.dba_data_files f where ts.contents$ = 0 and f.tablespace_name = ts.name ;
