After Patching 12.1.0.2 RAC Cluster, Opatch Shows Two Different Patch Levels (Doc ID 2266613.1)

Goal

Why would two different patching levels show up when all nodes were equally patched?

 - CRS is unable to start on node which is showing different patch level than other node(s) in cluster.

 - SQL output status shows as "In Rolling Patch".
