dbca fails with "No node is available for adding an instance" due to absence of rdbms home at target node (Doc ID 2267772.1)

While running dbca to add more instance to a RAC database from existing cluster node, below pop up error appear

dbca -> Instance management -> Add an instance -> Select database to add instance -> Add a new instance -> Next

No node is available for adding an instance because the database "ORCL" already has instances on all nodes of the cluster. You cannot add a new instance to this database using the Database Configuration Assistant.
