Oracle Database Gateway for Microsoft SQL Server (DG4MSQL) fails with password greater than 14 Characters (Doc ID 2272777.1)

Defining a Microsoft SQL Server user with a password with more than 14 characters, DG4MSQL fails with the following error:

ORA-28500: connection from ORACLE to a non-Oracle system returned this message:
[Oracle][ODBC SQL Server Wire Protocol driver]Invalid Password. Password must be 14 characters or less and can not be null. {HY000,NativeErr = 2831}
ORA-02063: preceding 2 lines from DB_LINK
28500. 00000 - "connection from ORACLE to a non-Oracle system returned this message:"
