Symptoms

Customer using legacy external procedure configuration.  In other words, the listener and tnsnames.ora files
are configured for EXTPROC_CONNECTION_DATA. 

The following error is thrown after attempting to launch a procedure call:


ORA-28576: lost RPC connection to external procedure agent
