How To Manually Remove InnoDB Cluster Metadata Directory After Removing All Instances From The InnoDB Cluster (Doc ID 2274320.1)

Goal

If after removing all instances  of a cluster using mysql Shell, as per defect;

Bug 26285054 - MYSQL SHELL CANNOT RECREATE CLUSTER WITH SAME NAME AFTER INSTANCES REMOVED

Manual intervention is needed to re-initiate the cluster metadata database to allow for cluster being created with the same name.

Bug 26285054 has been fixed in MySQL Shell 1.0.10.
