ORA-1033 During Publish To Emon Channel When Restarting a PDB (Doc ID 2277097.1)

Symptoms

ORA-1033 errors are seen in the database alert log file. The background process AQPC has been stopped and has not started after that.

01089, 00000, "immediate shutdown or close in progress - no operations are permitted"
// *Cause: The SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATE command was used to shut down
// a running Oracle instance, or CLOSE IMMEDIATE was used to shut down
// a pluggable database, so your operations have been
// terminated.

 

 

Changes

 PDB database has been re-opened.
