Symptoms

Error message "Dba.rebootClusterFromCompleteOutage: Dba.rebootClusterFromCompleteOutage: The active session instance isn't the most updated in comparison with the ONLINE instances of the Cluster's metadata. Please use the most up to date instance: 'hostname:port'. (RuntimeError)"

Changes

 Start the Innodb Cluster using command dba.rebootClusterFromCompleteOutage('Clustername') and group_replication_allow_local_disjoint_gtids_join is used in the group.
