NodeManager logs report lots of INFOs like:

Jun 5, 1:24:05.099 PM INFO org.apache.hadoop.yarn.server.nodemanager.containermanager.monitor.ContainersMonitorImpl Memory usage of ProcessTree <PID> for container-id container_<ID>: 340.4 MB of 4 GB physical memory used; 5.1 GB of 8.4 GB virtual memory used
