Fails To Access The Undo Management Tab From OEM 13c As SYS User (Doc ID 2284646.1)

Symptoms

The UNDO MANAGEMENT tab cannot be accessed by the SYS user; the following message is raised:

 

The application requires more database privileges than you have currently been granted. Click on Help to get more version specific information.

 

Changes

 The database has been migrated from 10.2.0.4 to 12c using datapump; when checked, there are two lines in dba_role_privs for the DBA role: one line for COMMON=NO and one  line for COMMON=YES:
