CLOB2FILE Truncates XML When Writing To File (Doc ID 2285147.1)

Using dbms_xslprocessor.clob2file to write XML to a file via clobs returns a file that is truncated with the last three characters missing.
The truncation occurs only when using databases with a unicode character set.
