Restore to a guaranteed restore point created as part of upgrade using DBUA (silent upgrade) fails with ORA-38780 error. The DBUA trace.log indicates the restore was successful

However, the alert log of the database reports ORA-38780 error and so, the database cannot be opened in the source database home
