Symptoms

Character Set Not Overriding when Using DBCA Template (Template option with Structure and data). Database is with character set, let's say: AL32UTF8. Create a template for the above database with structure and data option. Then creating a new database using same template with different character set(Example WE8MSWIN1252), but new database created with AL32UTF8.

 

Changes

Database template with one character set and creating new database using this template with different character set
