Symptoms

Committing a DML operation on a Text index fails with the following error:

SQL> COMMIT;

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-50610: internal error: drexdsync
DRG-50857: oracle error in drekrtd (reselect rowid row locator)
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
ORA-06512: at "CTXSYS.SYNCRN", line 1
ORA-06512: at line 1
