Purpose

This bulletin warns about the change of behaviour for the PASSWORD_REUSE_MAX and PASSWORD_REUSE_TIME resource profile parameters.

Scope

This bulletin describes how PASSWORD_REUSE_MAX and PASSWORD_REUSE_TIME should
be used together to control the password reuse.

This is the expected behaviour starting with Oracle 9i.
