Fix for Bug 19285025 (TLS support for LDAP) Not Working After Applying July 2017 or Later PSU/BP to Database (Doc ID 2290128.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

 No longer able to connect to LDAP directories which require TLS protocol.  A packet trace of an ldap connections shows 'SSLv3' as the protocol in the 'Client Hello' when the database attempts to contact the directory.    Available information indicates the patch already includes the fix for bug 19285025

Changes

The database 12.1.0.2.170718 or later PSU or BP was applied (also applicable to 11g Database Bundles or PSU's )
